Processing Methods
Washed

The coffee is fully washed, removing all mucilage before drying. This results in a clean, bright cup that highlights clarity and acidity.

Honey (Semi-Washed)

Part of the mucilage is left on the bean during drying, adding sweetness and body while maintaining balance.

Natural

The coffee is dried with the whole cherry intact, allowing natural fermentation to develop fruit-forward flavors and richness.

Carbonic Maceration

Whole cherries are fermented in sealed tanks under a controlled atmosphere before drying—enhancing complexity and fruit expression.

Co-Fermentation with Real Fruits

The coffee undergoes co-fermentation at origin using real, fresh fruits during fermentation. No artificial flavors or additives are used.
