This semi-washed honey process coffee is carefully dried with part of the natural mucilage intentionally left on the bean, enhancing sweetness, body, and complexity while maintaining a clean and vibrant cup profile.
The result is an exceptionally balanced and aromatic coffee with delicate floral notes of jasmine, chamomile, and calendula, complemented by milk chocolate sweetness, panela, and gentle citrus brightness.
