Founded in 1925 in the mountains of Villa María, Caldas, Filo Bonito Coffee Farm has been passed down through generations of the Patiño family. Led today by producer Mónica Patiño, the farm continues to preserve traditional coffee practices where every step — from harvesting to sun-drying — is carried out by hand with dedication and care.

Located near Nevado del Ruiz, the farm is influenced by rich volcanic soil believed to shape the coffee’s natural sweetness and balance.

The family works together through manual harvesting, traditional methods, and careful sun-drying at origin.
